FSIS/IMS/TSO/Hummingbird FAQ

 

 

Where can I download the tools I need to access mainframe services (FSIS, IMS, TSO)?

The Hummingbird client that can be used on Windows 98, 2000, XP machines can be downloaded from Sitesoft's Internet Kit at https://sitesoft.uga.edu/ugaonly/ugakit/host8.exe.

 

It looks like I have been locked out of FSIS, IMS, TSO. Can you help me log in to FSIS, IMS, or TSO ?

If you have been locked out of any of the above mainframe services, contact Administrative Systems Access Services at 542-4000. If you are not able to reach anyone, leave a voice message with your contact information, and someone will contact you. If you prefer to speak with someone rather than leave a message, you can press "0" before the voicemail recording ends, and an attendant will answer and take a message for the backup personnel. Or, if you prefer, you can send an email to: adminfo@uga.edu which is always monitored.
